Evaluate any transcript.
$0.40per scored conversationPer 20,000 transcript characters, about 20 minutes of conversation
- Each behavior’s outcome with the moment, the words and the reason
- People or AI agents, against a published evaluation spec
- Not charged: retries with the same idempotency key, results where nothing was scored, cancelled runs and the test environment
Free test keys: 30 Voice minutes and 100 scored results a month in the test environment.

How do we go to production?

What counts as a scored conversation?
One result for one transcript against one published spec version. Long transcripts count once for every 20,000 characters, or part of it.
